Holding space as we continue to navigate a global pandemic

Your emotions feel like scrambled eggs? Taco meat? A piece of bubble gum on the side walk?

It’s maybe especially difficult because you are someone who needs to be extra careful and are still adapting to this new “normal?”

You’re craving a reason to actually get dressed and get out of bed instead of rolling over and grabbing your laptop and diving right into work?

You’re kind of still processing it all, and are trying to keep it together. Why is this so hard?

What the serious F.  I don’t know how I feel?!  Can I just give someone a hug?!

This is a wild time, friends. 


There are a lot of things we can focus on that will keep us down, disconnected and hopeless right now, and every day feels a little bit different.

First, and most importantly, Remember that it's OKAY to feel the way you need to feel.  Every single feeling & emotion is real and valid. 

As we continue to navigate these uncharted waters, I’m feeling really called to open a space for mindset & lifestyle coaching.
