👙 And I ordered a new swim suit that fits and celebrates my NOW body vs trying to squeeze into one from last summer or choosing to skip the pool altogether.
The segway to operating this 👆🏼 way was, hands down, understanding the right foods for my unique body.
Now that officially easing “off maternity leave” I’m excited to be opening up a handful of spaces for a two week program, just in time for summer. 🌞
