During my pregnancy with ziggy, I popped Tums like candy, was far from regular 💩, and struggled with fatigue due to an iron deficiency.
My ankles looked liked sausages due to water retention & inflammation, I binge ate ice cream and tootsie rolls on the reg, and freaked out about every pound I gained.

and said hellloooo 👋🏼👋🏼 to more plants— fresh fruits & veg, gluten free grains, proteins and fats. 🥬🍎🥦🥔🍓🍇🥕🍑🍳🥜🥗🌮🥑🍵🍌💦
