Reset with the 3 Day Superfood Reboot

You've hit a plateau, you add too much over a holiday, you want to rid the bloat before the wedding or vacation, or maybe post wedding or vacation... whatever it is, we've all been there, and can all benefit from the opportunity to take a step back and give ourselves a quick little reboot.  I do this every 3 months or so to get myself back on track, and truly just give my body the opportunity to reset! 

The point of this cleanse is not calorie restriction, per se—it’s nutrient efficiency. The aim is to get the most nutrients possible into the fewest number of calories. The goal is to put all of these calories to use as energy, to rid your body of undigested foods and toxins, and to bring your hydration levels back to balance. The result you are after is not weight loss—though it will likely occur—but for your body to be running more efficiently. This should make you feel lighter and more energetic, even though if doing an exercise program.  No hangry-ness required.

Here's how it goes down:

Movement:  Yoga, stretching, matwork or walking daily!


16 ounces water with lemon
1 cup of green tea OR 1 c black coffee

Vegan Shakeology – 1 scoop, blended with ice & 8-10 oz of water
Optional: ½ cup of fruit

Vegan Shakeology – 1 scoop, blended with ice & 8-10 oz of water, 1 scoop Greens Boost OR 1 handful raw greens (spinach/kale/chard), 1 scoop Digestive Boost OR 2 Tbsp ground flax

1 piece/1 cup of fruit
1 cup of green tea

Vegan Shakeology – 1 scoop, blended with ice & 8-10 oz of water
( before or after dinner)

Salad (Greens/low starch veggies with 4 oz lean white protein OR 2 HB eggs + 2  Tbsp home made oil & vinegar based dressing)


Drink 1 gallon of water throughout the day.

Some people choose the salad for lunch instead of dinner. Feel free to play around with the order that you have things to fit into your daily lifestyle.
