A healthy spin on the original. Delicious and kid approved.

What You'll Need:
4 oz whole wheat pasta
4 tsp butter
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 1/4 c extra sharp cheddar cheese
4 c broccoli, chopped
1 can white navy beans, drained and rinsed

Bring pot of water to a boil for the pasta.
Begin to lightly steam broccoli in a saucepan.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan. Add each ingredient listed above, one at a time, whisking for one minute before adding the next. Continue to whisk until the cheese is melted.
Top pasta with broccoli, beans, and cheese sauce.
