If there is one thing I miss as a veg, it's wings. Well, maybe not wings, but definitely wing sauce. This is a perfectly healthy way to satisfy the craving. If you're looking for an added crunch, you could totally do a panko crust on them first.

What You'll Need:

1 head cauliflower, chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
drizzle olive oil

1/2 c hot pepper sauce
1/3 c rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp cornstarch

2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp butter

celery and carrot sticks

Preheat oven to 350*

Arrange cauliflower on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes, or until tender-crisp.

Meanwhile, combine ingredients from part 2. Whisk until cornstarch is dissolved.

Add ingredients from part 3, whisk to blend.

Heat sauce over medium high for about 10 minutes, or until thickened.

Toss roasted cauliflower in sauce. Return to baking sheet, bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve with celery and carrot sticks.

Serves 2-3 as a main; Try topped with crumbled bleu cheese, or on a bed of greens

Serves 5 as a side; Try paired with a bean burger, baked tofu or a grilled cheese.
