Want a creamier bowl? Combine the yogurt the night before!
1/2 c plain rolled oats
1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/4 c water
3/4 c plain Greek yogurt
Layer all ingredients in a glass Tupperware or mason jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with Greek yogurt and enjoy cold, or heat.
Makes one perfect bowl of oats.
