Pumpkin Shakeology Bowl

I am basically obsessed with these in the fall.  Roast a whole pie pumpkin to have on hand for these, or pop open a can of pumpkin puree.  Either is de-lish. 

What You'll Need:

1 c roasted pumpkin, or canned pumpkin puree 

1 c unsweetened plain or vanilla almond milk

3-4 ice cubes

splash water

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop vanilla Shakeology

Fixings; think unsweetened coconut shreds, almond slivers, chia seeds, banana slices, nutmeg...


Blend all ingredients to creamy goodness for about 2 minutes.  Add a additional water if needed.  Top with desired fixings, dig in with a spoon!


Makes one perfect superfood bowl.
