Where are my ice cream lovers?! I could seriously eat it all day. Allow some bananas to brown, peel, half, and toss them in a freezer baggie to have on hand for when you are faced with that ice cream craving!!
What You'll Need:
1 frozen banana, halved
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk + additional 1/4 c if needed
Optional flavor mix ups: 1 c frozen berries, 1/2 scoop Shakeology, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract....the possibilities are endless here
Optional toppings: unsalted nuts, unsweetened coconut shreds, cocoa nibs, dark chocolate chips, cinnamon, fresh fruit....again, the possibilities are endless here
Blend banana, almond milk + desired mix ins in the blender to desired consistency. Add additional milk if needed. Top with desired toppings. Scrape into a bowl, and dig in with a spoon! Double or triple the recipe to feed more bellies.
