Apple Almond Oats

Warm the mind, body and soul. And they taste damn good.

What You'll Need:

1 c steel cut oats
2 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 Tbsp almond butter

Apples, chopped
Raw almonds

Combine oats, milk and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Turn on medium heat until boiling, lower to a simmer for 10-18 minutes. 

Turn off heat. Stir in nut butter and cover for 5 minutes.

Top with whole almonds and chopped apples.

Serves 4. Easy to double/triple and have ready to go during the week!
