What You'll Need:
3 Tbsp coconut oil
3 Tbsp chocolate Shakeology
3 Tbsp natural nut butter
**Best when made in a silicone mold or ice tray**
Melt coconut oil on the stovetop on in the microwave. Add Shakeology and mix until smooth.
Using a teaspoon measure, dollop goodness into 12 portions (silicone ice cube tray works great!)
Pop into freezer for 10 minutes. Remove and top each piece with 1/2 tsp nut butter. Pop back into the freezer and have on hand for when the urge or sweetness strikes!
