Power Seed Mix

Seeds are nutritional powerhouses.  Make this mix to sprinkle on yogurt, in your oatmeal, or atop your favorite salad.

1/2 c ground flaxseed

1/4 c sesame seed

1/4 c raw pepita

1/4 c raw sunflower seed


Combine in an airtight jar, shake to combine.  Store in a cool, dry place.  


1 serving = 1 Tbsp
