Almond Milk Cubes

Just when you thought you had the lockdown on your kitchen inventory, you stumble upon a half gallon of unopened almond milk in the door of your basement fridge. What's worse is you find it is newly expired (I'm talking less than a week). Instead of beating yourself up about it and pouring it down the drain, freeze it to use later!

Pour it into ice cube trays, pop into freezer baggies, and use the next time your recipe calls for milk. Easy to pop into your Shakeology, too!!

**Use this tip for any liquid dairy or dairy substitute. The cubes will keep well for up to 3 months in the freezer!
