On-the-Go Oats

Designed for my desire to stay on track while traveling.  Perfect for hotel stays!

What You’ll Need:

½ c plain rolled oats

½ tsp cinnamon

2 Tbsp ground flax

1 Tbsp unsalted nuts or seeds (I like chia seeds or almond slivers!)

Optional protein boost:  2 Tbsp vegan protein powder OR 2 Tbsp hemp hearts

Other optional add ins; 1 Tbsp unsweetened dried fruit, dark chocolate chips or unsweetened coconut shreds

Combine in a baggie.  Toss in your suitcase.  Prepare in a hotel room easily by pouring into a bowl or cup, covering with water, and popping into the microwave for 45 seconds!  Enjoy with fresh fruit if available.
