Breakfast Power Bowl

I heard something recently that really resonated with me: When you are deciding what/how much to eat, think about what you will be doing 2-3 hours from that meal.  Any variety of this bad boy goes, and will fuel any way you do it.  

What You’ll Need:

½ c rolled oats

¼ c unsweetened almond milk

¾ c plain Greek Yogurt

1 small apple, chopped

1 Tbsp REAL maple syrup (yup, the expensive stuff)

1 Tbsp power seeds

Dash cinnamon

Prepare oats overnight by combining in a sealed jar or glass Tupperware.

In the morning, combine all ingredients in a bowl. And, #fuelyoself
