Flax Wrap

Designed to satisfy a carb craving while on an elimination diet (sans gluten).  And, it worked!  You can easy mix up the spices here to make these sweet vs savory. 

What You’ll Need:

1 Tbsp coconut oil

3 Tbsp ground flaxseed

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp paprika

Dash of celery salt

1 Tbsp water

1 large egg

Heat coconut oil over medium heat in a saucepan to melt.  Pour into a small glass bowl.  Add other ingredients, stirring well.

Pour mixture into the same greased pan, spreading as large as you would like your wrap.  Keep on medium heat, flipping when it begins to bubble (think pancakes). 

Eat with your favorite protein, hummus and veggies, or nut butters.
