Superfood Mash

Because who doesn't love chocolate for breakfast?!  This recipe is best when treated as overnight oats.  Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or glass tupperware.  Cover and pop in the fridge before going to bed.  It will be read to dive into the next morning!

What You'll Need:

1 ripe banana, mashed 

1/2 c plain rolled oats 

1 tsp chia seeds 

1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology 

1/4 c water or unsweetened milk of choice; more as less to desired consistency 

Toppings (think unsweetened coconut shreds, OMGGGG!) as desired


Serves one hungry belly.
