Inspired by a savory sugar craving--satisfied that and more! This recipe is a keeper for sure.
What You'll Need:
1 c rolled oats, pulsed in a blender or food processor
1 Tbsp raw cocoa, plus a little extra for dipping
1 scoop cafe latte Shakeology
1/2 tsp course sea salt
1/4 c almond butter (look for one with no added sugar or salt)
1 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp vanilla almond milk
Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add wet ingredients.
Scoop into balls using a Tablespoon measure. Roll in additional cocoa powder, and press into flatter cookies.
Pop into the fridge for 20 minutes, and DIG IN!
Makes about 12 perfect cookies, serving about 12 perfect people.
These will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days, and are also great right out of the freezer.
