Don't even try and tell me that you don't love Girl Scout Somoas. You know, the ooey-gooey ones with the caramel, dark chocolate and coconut?? Since going sans gluten, this was the first year I've had to live without them (omg!). So, this is became my way to fill the void. They are to die for, and much better for mind, body and soul!
What You'll Need:
1/2 c plain rolled oats
1 Tbsp vegan chocolate Shakeology (or 1 Tbsp raw cocoa + 1 tsp real maple syrup)
1 Tbsp unsweet coconut shreds
1 Tbsp raw almonds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 c unsweetened milk of choice (I do almond)
Combine dry ingredients in a jar. Shake to mix. Add milk. Store covered overnight and dive in the next morning!
Serves one hungry belly.
