Gluten free and vibrant.
What you'll Need:
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 c ground flax OR almond meal
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
OPTIONAL ADD INS: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice, blueberries, dark chocolate chips...anything goes here
FIXINGS: Pure maple syrup, plain Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, natural nut butter....whatever you heart desires!
In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Add additional ingredients. Mix well. Stir in any add-ins if you desire!
Pour 1/4 c batter onto a hot skillet. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip.
Top with desired fixings!
Makes 8 perfect cakes.
